The fish were moving up and down the timber. Sometimes they would be on the bottom, sometimes they would be suspended in the tops.

Awesome vid. Makes me want to give Conroe another go. Last time I went chop was brutal, paired with the heat it was a rough day. What ramp do you all like to use for bass boats?
I use Scott's Ridge boat ramp. But they had the road closed off the last time I went, due to all the construction they are doing.
When did Conroe get that much grass?!
It's been that way for a couple months. There's even more grass now. It's so thick you can walk on it.

I’m not having luck at Conroe right now. Too dang hot. I may try the Cagle area next.

I’ve been having success up in the Cagle area where the flow is better in spots. I like the area you’re in but harder to get away from the hole buzzards 😂

Break the lake down in sections. When you catch fish on certain structure, apply that to other sections of the lake.

What were the 4 main lures of this video are they coming up shallow whenever it’s cold and cloudy throughout the day like Monday the 18 would those be the same lures you would be throwing
