أحسنت يادكتور..يعجبنى التفصيل فى الشرح..لكن لو فى مكان مفيش فيه ICU ..وجالى مريض hypertensive emergency ازاى اتصرف معاه.لغاية لما احوله..هل اعطيه كابوتين..أو لازيكس امبول..أو داينيترا قرص تحت اللسان..ولا ماعكيهوش حاجة... السؤال التانى لو حالة مريض ضغطه 210/120..ولا توجد به اعراض target organ damage..ازاى اتصرف معاه
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته شكرا لتعليق حضرتك بالنسبة لسؤالك الاول عن hypertensive emergency فى عدم وجود icu يمكنك اعطاء hydralazine 5-10 mg im كل نصف ساعة مع متابعة ضغط الدم ويفضل عدم استعمال الكابوتين تحت اللسان حيث يمكن حدوث انخفاض شديد وسريع فى ضغط الدم وهو امر غير مرغوب الحدوث بالنسبة لسؤالك الثاني ماتصفه هو hypertensive urgency وهذه تحتاج علاج بالفم في الغالب hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg / day +methyldopa 250 mg tid or atenolol 100 mg od
