What should be a beautifully aesthetic video of an island destroyed by a moronic watermark all over it completely distracting from the view… Put your watermark in a corner like normal people.

So $10,000,000 for the Island seems cheap. One would have to spend another $10,000,000 to create a viable home there. It is very isolated and a long way to the nearest airport. One would have to have a plane or helicopter for this to work for me. I hope they find a buyer who can do the Island justice.

The biggest problem in this atoll is to have beaches of boulders, not allowing them to walk in them, inhibiting shopping, in addition to the great distance from Tahiti airport. Thats why is an 100 years without a buyer, in 500 miles southest Morea
