Are you using Xenia or Xenia Canary? My game was crashing on Xenia ( the one that has a blue logo). I switched to Xenia Canary (Yellow logo) and the game started running without crashing.

To be fair, it's called a sniper. A sniper is for long-range shots. Meaning, the scope is somewhat mandatory
