Welcome to Bahia de Los Angeles, on a recent visit to town, I did a walk around of most of the hotel's and restaurant's in this small fishing town. There are only a few hotels, to choose from and I show you them all in this video, we have also listed most of the restaurant's.

Come join us as we drive the sand dunes behind the hills of La Ventana Baja, this area is about 40 Miles north of San Felipe, it has some interesting trails that end up is the sand that is blowen up on the west side of the hills, the area is also used for many of the Baja races,
Santa Maria Mission with EXO and BajaOverlanding

February 2022 we took another off-road group called EXO into the Santa Maria Mission, the mission is about 17 miles east of Catavina Baja CA, EXO were trying out 2 of there new Broncos, The track is mostly an easy trail, until you run in to the bad down hills at the end, widow maker is one of them, high clearance and large tires will help a lot. we have no problem and one minor breakdown.

Jeep creates lazy man front sway bar disconnect but never reliable enough to work for the life of the wrangler or gladiator!
For mine the seals are shot, and the bar is very rusty. I'm going to try to clean it up but I know its not going to last long because water is going to get in. Maybe I will put a grease nipple on it and pack it full of grease. Even then, I think I'll look into antirock. thanks for the video
About 25 years ago we took a ride to Baja del California from Los Angeles About 20 hours ride when we parked our customized Ford van we went swimming snorkeling, coming back to the van the tide came in and was halfway up the wheels 2hours later I was snorkeling in the van, unbelievable experience
did the same thing 30 plus years ago. only woke up to the water in our tent !!

You can’t show Bahía De Los Angeles hotels without showing Los Vientos, I haven’t stayed at any of the hotels you showed, but did get screwed out of a cancellation fee at hotel princessa, and don’t go to the Mercado on the Main Street they are a rip off!
I've stayed there a few times with Bike groups, it was always windy and expensive, I will say, on a nice day it would be a great place, the rooms at Daggets are just as nice for $50 but no pool.
what about Las Vientos hotel?
You should start a small business selling these…
Hey Alan! We had to do some repairs there when we were down last. Found some great folks for parts and repair fab. It's one of my favorite seaside communities.

Last time there the camping area was all washed away, he has the hotel and was not working on the camping area around the palapas, there is still lots if room.to camp but not with a palapa.
I appreciate you doing this, but when you are driving in Baja, we do not need to look at you. How 'bout pointing the camera at the scenery while you narrate?
No waterfalls out there?
The waterfalls and ponds are a lot further down the valley, we had a limited amount of time, next time there we will camp for the night and spend the time to walk down to them.
It's not Canada, It's Baja Peninsula!

Greta video. I was wondering how taking the axle out helped? I assume that the wheels were diff locked and if not, would that trick still have worked?
It been at least 15 years since I've been there last , very sad to see the giants dying maybe lack if rain ?
