Can We Take Some Details Before You Fly Drone? ✅️🚁🎦
มุมมอง 60912 วันที่ผ่านมา
This was one of my first videos I filmed for TH-cam, at Molineaux Stadium, home of Wolves FC. The staff there were so friendly and just politely asked me for my name and number before flying the drone, to which I had no problem with giving it them. The people of Wolverhampton are always so friendly and warm and I wish their team all the very best and hope they can stay up this season! 🧡 #drone ...

I visited the legendary Old Trafford, where a sign states that drone flyers are liable for prosecution, however how can they enforce a prosecution against a legal activity? Misinformation at it's finest! I also bumped Into the United players in the car park! #drone #manchesterunited
Kuwaiti Developers £200 Million Beorma Tower In Birmingham 🇬🇧🇰🇼🤑👷♂️🏗🚧
มุมมอง 12K16 วันที่ผ่านมา
A tremendous looking piece of modern day architecture in the making. Beorma Tower will be a welcome addition to Birminghams skyline. A Kuwaiti development, shows that Birmingham is attracting wealthy foreign investors, which is very welcome! More please! #drone #architecture #birmingham

I met this Security chap at King Power Stadium, who despite being slightly wary of my presence and filming on their ground, was actually a really nice chap and reasonable with his requests. 🤝 #leicestercityfootballclub #leicester #drone
You Need Permission to Fly Drone Over Hollywood A-Listers Stadium! ⭐️⚽️🏟🚁🎦

This was my first ever Drone video for TH-cam! Re-uploaded due to being unhappy with original edit. The staff here were pretty cool, told me I needed permission to fly my drone at first but in the end the Fenix Lens charm won them over and we were able to fly hassle free! #drone #birminghamcityfootballclub #Birmingham #UK
World's First Octagonal Apartment Skyscraper 🌎🏗🚧👷♂️

The amply named Octagon building in Birmingham is the world's first Octagonal apartment sky scraper. Constructed by JRL who have a host of other interesting developments in the Birmingham area, this is a welcome addition to Birminghams skyline for many years to come! More please! #drone #architecture #Birmingham

Are you a Coventry man ? Your accent is hard to pinpoint, but you pronounce Birmingham as 'BirminGUM', like a Covvy.
@k.avilla8061 Very good analysis 👏 Yes I'm a Cov Lad 👦
Mint footage, subbed.
Thanks for the sub!
You think the classic Madin library is inferior to these boring lego block buildings that replace it? . I despair. Really losing that building was an act of cultural vandaliam
Brum used to be No.2 after London. It ahs allowed Manchester to get way ahead, with Leeds, Lpool & London suburbs champing at the bit
Brum is, and always was and always will be No.2 . With the Hs2 construction approved, it's importance will increase and leave the others you mentioned way behind.
@@k.avilla8061 Well, we'll see, won't we? Meantime, reality is ....
@andrewashdown3541 Reality is what ? The reality is Birmingham is a hugh metropolis of 1 million people whilst the others have about half a million each ( when you don't cheat and include seperate 'greater Manchester ' towns like Oldham, Rochdale, Bolton and stockport ). ALREADY ( not in the future) Birmingham City centre is looking like a burgeoning New York. Manchester town centre looks grim and neglected like the 'land time forgot'. Yes, you will see and you're seeing it right now, chummy.
It's about time that Birmingham and Manchester redeveloped, it will breath life into the city centre's
Really appreciate your work mate 👍
I will be on this job next year😁
Does Bham need a new coach/bus station? The New St Train Station looks amazing, however I don't recall seeing a modern bus station near the city centre. Unless I missed it last I visited.
Definitely!
@8:32, beautiful. So glad to see Bham city centre develop.
I'm glad birmingham is getting all these skyscrapers built
This one in Great Charles St is not classed as a skyscraper as its not a minimum of 150m (like the Octogan and 1 Eastside). But still a great addition to Brum for sure!
Son lives on Lionel street 1400 a month two bedroom apartment is very big .
I'm from south bham and was recently surprised how bad the traffic has got approaching the city. It can only be the amount of apartment blocks in the city popped up over recent years. There's no consideration for the roads
I think the Birmingham City Council are even working on areas that need to cut down traffic and congestions.
@Ca_ishere na they're more interested in back handers to approve these projects whilst adding cycle lanes, charging drivers to enter city and sat hoping HS2 will open on time to let these new residents commute to London
The problem with these new towers in Birmingham is the lack of carpark spaces.
Hopefully we won't need carports because you will be able to travel around the city without a car 😊
@@stevenhoughton1406 they are not going to build 400 car parking spaces get on the bus
@@jonnyboy8000 lol the bus is no good for me and other people like me. I visit my son who lives in Mancetter Warwickshire and my mum lives in Feckenham and I work in Coleshill id spend most of my life traveling on multiple buses.
Not sure if you did this because I requested it but thanks and great video. I walk past this development every evening and only see what you can see from Livery St, so extremely interesting to see the other parts.
Nice video thanks 👍
NOTHING IZ impossible!! All IZ possible we don't need to be like otherz job make jobz happen 👍👌
Positive vibes…love these vids 👍
A really nice vid 👍
Great footage man. 👍👍✈️
I was waiting for this one 👌😍 this is moda great Charles street which is 126 meters and the one in broad street is 132 meter
loving your vlogs, my home city forever changing, try to get back when my pension allows, lol, Merry Christmas, and hope you have a great new year. I actually worked in Lionel St, mid 70's, in one of the arches, one day i had to push a petrol driven arc welder up to the BT tower and mend the little yellow gate that was falling apart, obviously long gone now.
I lived over a (now demolished) pub named The Royal George aka Mary Dunleavys, for a couple of years in the mid 1990s, which was opposite St. Martins church. Prior to the redevelopment of the Bull Ring area, the church was covered in black pollution and there had been a long standing appeal to obtain funds to clean it up. Not much was raised but thankfully the redevelopment included a full restoration of the church exterior to the fantastic condition it is in today. I agree it is a beautiful building. Cool video 👍
Wow Steve thanks for sharing this! I did not know that. I'll be sure to include this when I go and make an episode especially at St. Martins Church and Moor St Station which will be coming in January. Thanks again
First regular octagonal building as opposed to the irregular octagonal building in Australia. Thanks for a birds eye view of Brum central
Central Birmingham is becoming a very nice place to visit. Brindley Place and the canals are great.
Love your videos, you always look for the positive things going on in the UK, unlike others that just want to show the negative side of things, keep up the good work.
I flew my drone over there recently. There was low mist in the air and the grass lights lit up the sky.
I watched your video looks incredible at night! I might have to do some night time episodes of a few stadiums myself! Especially the new Everton stadium! 🏟
They are heat and water growers, help keep the grass healthy
Thats one of the 1st of the new stadiums built in the 90s. Ive fond memories of Robbie Keane and steve Bull smashing in goals. Brilliant video kid. I love how you treat people with respect . Up to a point 👍 Good people at wolves . Fair play to them. Hope they stay up.
Wow Robbie Keane at Wolvo! Really are going back as far as I can remember 🤯😀
Get them plugs in👍👍 nice people at Wolves
@420AuditsIreland Yeah the people of Wolverhampton are cool 🤗 There's a nice vibe in Wolvo 😇
Nice video Fenix. 👍 is keeep it up mate.
For those that will say, don't give details. I say this is your choice and style and channel. Maybe play it case by case though. On the taking off from public or private land, I would say always from public as it clears any insurance issues / intanglements that may come up. As long as you are independent then no commercial aspect. Keep em coming.😎
👍
Loving these vids. One question Are you required to let them know before, or is it just a courtesy
@jamal9601 Thanks Jamal! 😊 Yeah I think if there is no FRZ then legally I'm not required to inform them, it's just out of courtesy that I do, because not everyone is going to be as cool as Molineax were so I'm expecting some interesting encounters to come soon 😅😆🤣🤣
Brilliant! Could you do Pride Park? ❤
Great suggestion!
When you got the drone out, reminded me of call of duty 😂
Very interesting. Thank you.
@johnroache32 Thanks John! ☺️ Plenty more to come! 😀
haven't been back to Brum for years, live in mcr now, looks mint!
Keep em coming. You got to shout out "FENIX IS RISING" at launch😊😎
Deal!
I am reliably informed that the new stadium is being built in Surrey 😉
@@thewolfman6854 you need to have a word with whoevers doing the reliable informing 😅🤣🤣
Leaky roof time or squeaky bum time ?
@@420AuditsIreland haha Manchesters answer to Niagra Falls 😅😂😂
Under the influence of modernism, domestic houses of the 1960s were large, modern and often had flat roofs. They had wide windows and were flooded with light. Houses often came with garages, a large driveway and both rear and front gardens.
bloody steve cooper how dare you haha its ruud
In 1956 I was a choirboy from St Albans and sang many times there. Christmas time my father would go to the bullring to buy our Turkey for Xmas day. Great footage here cheers mate from Australia.🎄🍷🇦🇺🦘
Are you referring to St Martins Church?
@ I was in the choir at St Albans in Conybere street Highgate. The Organist and choir master was Roy Massy who became MBE. He has been organist at many cathedrals around the Uk.
That's Amazing Andy thanks for sharing 😊
Smithfield was the Birmingham Wholesale Markets built in the 1970s, and demolished before the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. The Bull Ring Markets, Indoor and Rag Markets, the current buildings date to the early 2000s. Was all moved for the 2003 Bullring development. Better views of Beorma Quarter further south into Digbeth, or from Southside.
What’s proposed at Smithfield site btw?
Another grate video. Great Charles street or Crown Place Lancaster Street next if possible please
Are you planning to make any videos on the new Moda building on Livery St by Birmingham Snow hill?
@daranphilipson1025 yes! Thanks for reminding me!
My Club Ruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuud
I'd pronounce it Bee-or-mah. Great video Fenix Lens
Good call! 😃 I'm sure we'll all know the correct pronunciation soon enough 😉
You did actually walk straight past "Blank Street" on the way to Beorma haha, it's a coffee shop
@laurencec09 Yeah I realised that soon after 😅
