Yeah, me too, it needs sorting as it’s only putting out mid 9’s, sounds worse when you pull the trigger, the bag dampened the noise a fair bit, got a vortek kit arriving for it, that’ll sort out the twang and rattle plus improve the shot cycle, it’s now in bits, having various areas filed polished and rubbed down ready for a full rebuild and tune

@@amcsmidlands while you're there, change out the seal for a brit seal. Best you can get for weihrauch 🙂

Yes, crappy breach seal, just testing to see how much air is escaping - which is a lot, just placed a washer behind the seal and the power has doubled to just over 6ftlb, I think the supplier sent the wrong seal as the original was leather and I've had leather seals from them for the same model of rifle in the past

leaky breach seal - when fired blew air upwards and tissue moves if seal is not good - it moved seal is rubbish and need replacing

I have, 5p groups at 45 yards I know exactly what your saying, which is correct, but it tells me enough for starters, I’ve had some quality pellets group in expensive rifles at that range that would make a shotgun pattern at 1/2 a mile look tight 15 yards is the garden length so that’s the starting point

@@amcsmidlands thank you for replying fella I appreciate it, I've recently become interested in these air rifles as about a year ago I made the jump from my standard childhood springers to PCP but with an Artemis pp750 which I am very much enjoying and happy with, I now want to move up to a full power rifle but still can't bring myself to pay FX kind of prices though, I think this is the gun for me, Would you say it's one you can fill up using a manual pump?

@@samcruickshanks6856 Can’t see a problem with filling from a pump just make sure you have decent filters or you’ll turn it into a water pistol

I've got the high cap and find once the rifle is pulled into the shoulder the movement on the stock isn't a problem.

35 yards, getting 5p group sizes on JSB 8.44, JSB Heavies, and H&N Baracuda, got a few more to test

Only 15 yards at the moment, I need to push out to 30+ yards to get a better idea of accuracy
