I'm over here a single woman with parrots, the only chores I do daily for another life form are cleaning their dishes and changing the potty papers at the bottom of their cages!! Everything else is every other day at most! For me, my birds are way more rewarding than a man, even when they're throwing their food and toys everywhere I'd rather prepare their food and clean up after them. I'll happily stay a crazy parrot lady, thanks.

This list of rules was posted in a woman's magazine in the 1950s. It's a real list that housewives back then had to adhere by in order to earn her keep. That husband of hers tweaked it a bit, but it's real. That list is from a real magazine. I don't remember the publication, but I read it recently from a women's right platform. If I can recall, I'll post the link to the magazine. Back then, all the ads geared towards women were indeed that vile and oppressive. Update: "In May of 1955, Housekeeping Monthly published an article entitled, "The Good Wife's Guide," detailing all the ways that a wife should act and how best she can be a partner to her husband and a mother to her children." I'm looking for the actual article.

If I were to roll over and see that in my bed then I'm having a nightmare. And in my nightmares I can get rid of monsters by any means necessary. I would have no issue doing all that as long as I would get paid in my own personal bank account! He would be paying big $$$ for all those services, or I would be the provider so he can do everything from his list to make him realize how unrealistic it is. 😂 Boys should be expected to do a lot of the house chores growing up so they don't turn out like this guy.

I’ve literally had a man who was pursing me (from our workplace) who mainly texted me domestic demands (eg cook for him, massage him, give him a son, work at his store.etc). We both made the same six figures in the same career but he still could only see me a domestic servant. Glad I blocked him.

I watched another video where someone was talking about their wife needing to do all the housework, cooking, cleaning, laundry, on top of working FT, caring for the children and paying 50% of the bills and that the reason why is that men have hard jobs and shouldn’t have to do housework on top of working a hard physically demanding job all day.
