‘Total Eclipse of the Bass’ - a jRay painting.
Documenting a painting commissioned by my friend JB.
Concept: Tell a story through personalized vignettes, that are captured within the layers, movements, texture & energy of abstract mark making. Construct then deconstruct & refine. Work with the natural happenings & not against it in hopes of finding balance. Zoom in, build the story through the relationship of initial chaos & detailed order.
