The problem with our transmission is that it's only engaging in reverse direction despite being selected for forward and neutral. Kindly help me out if possible
@@thekhan6579 If I understand you, it means even if you shift to neutral it still goes reverse. That meant the shifter has a problem so change it and try. What i know is that the shifters send electric supplies to solenoid.
we tested their 5 solenoid and working fine .

A few thoughts: nice work. A bench would help. Cover the parts you are not working on to keep dust off of them. It helps to soak the clutch discs in transmission fluid. Use a torque wrench. Good job.

Yea, the fuel pump an the gears is fixed or installed without timing, with the exception of the camshaft. So when you are fixing the camshaft there is a timing on the pulley or the vibration dumper that you have to make sure it is time properly.

Wrong method to use torque wrench
Hello, I was wondering if I could shoot some questions over to you for some help, we recently got out engine rebuilt which is a 3406c, we used a 3406b head with the 3406c cam as our head was bad, we are getting coolant in the exhaust but not massive amounts, at startup there is a lot of white smoke and idle there is constant light white smoke until the engine gets some heat into it… I feel the engine is also a little noisy when you give it throttle… any help would be great if you can
Thanks bro, but I'm sorry for late reply 🙏🙏.. Now, ones you see coolant coming from the exhaust is definitely the cause of the white smoke. So you first have to troubleshoot to know what exactly is the cause of the coolant going into the combustion chamber. 1# you have to remove the aftercooler on the engine and test it to see if there's leak. 2# the liner seal, a crack or damage liner can also be the cause of water into the combustion chamber. 3# the seals in the intermediate plate.
I have a problem on same engine , when I push the gas pedal to 13 or 14 RPM. , And I release the gas pedal,the RPM go up itinstead come down.

Bro there was an oil spilled on the ground, so the cleaner put sawdust on it to avoid slipping.
@@matitoonline120 The job was fairly well done, thank you for sharing. My only suggestion is use a brass drift or brass hammer to tap the bearing outer race in the tandem hub... It's unlikely but that bearing steel can chip.
