I recently rebuilt the engine in a 2007 MINI Cooper S and was having the same problem, running too rich off idle. We did everything we could think of and it didn't work. Finally, what ended up working was getting a new OEM O2 sensor. We had already replaced them with cheap knockoffs but when we ended up buying new OEM ones, the car started running fine. I know you said you replaced the O2 sensor but I think it could be worth getting a new OEM one cause that's what worked for me. Don't take my word for it though I don't know anything about Miatas. Hope this helps!

Never ever ever put Dex ATF in your Toyota….

Just FYI you put the wrong transmission fluid in it. Your transmission takes Toyota World Standard transmission fluid. Not Dex VI

The amount dislike of the techno music is in the hate level, I muted it, but I’m missing out on your comments and the sounds that were there on the trip. Try this: Re-release this video without the night club music and see how the algorithm teats you. Do a little A/B testing.
