มุมมอง 21Kปีที่แล้ว
In this video, I, Dr. Josh Madsen, will be demonstrating and explaining primitive reflexes in adults. Our focus will be on a patient who has faced multiple traumatic brain injuries. However, it's important to note that these reflexes can resurface due to a variety of stressors. To begin, we'll test the Moro Reflex, observing the patient's blinking response and startle reflex. We'll then move on...

    Is this "fast track approach" suitable for retained primitive reflexes in general, or only if they resurface due to trauma, having previuously been fully integrated?

    • @sarankumarniranjan7510
      @sarankumarniranjan7510 หลายเดือนก่อน

      We have two cerebral hemispheres, People with right handers, their left side Brain is dominant and for left handers their right brain is dominant, this is because of pyramidal decussation ( crossing over of nerve fibres from the cerebrum to the opposite side of the body). So working on the left side of the body stimulates right hemisphere of the brain.

    Too bad she won't ever see real improvement since she went to a doctor not using science-based treatment. Sure, your diagnoses are all scientifically based, but Chiro treatments are not accepted by the medical community for a reason. They dont work, and when they do, it's confirmation bias due to a therapeutic response.

    Great to see someone specialize in this. If you test someone and they are positive with most reflexes from fear paralysis to Babinski do you start with the reflex that should integrate first and then go in that order? Do you integration with later reflexes even if prior reflexes haven't quite fully integrated?
