Which Lantana would be best suited in the landscape, looking for the size of the hot blooded in video? Will this species work in South Louisiana?
When is it going to be available in Canada?
How big do the Bandana Lantana get?
I'm in planting zone 8b. I can find no information on these. Where do I put them? There were no planting guides that I can find
If they won’t say ,it can’t be good.
806+1 new gift 🎁 successfully submitted good job good channel good content 🌺🪴🌹🏠🪅
Where you can get it?
How do I know I am cutting the meristem not the wrong stem hard to figure out a meristem
Syngenta's 2024 catalog indicates that the Bandana series (mounding) has the dimensions of 14-16" high by 14-16" wide. But every video showing them in containers, including in trials, gives the appearance of being much wider. Some sellers of this series will indicate a spread of 12-18", while others will indicate 12-24". Can you explain why I am seeing so much difference between the catalog sizing and pretty much every other source, including your own videos? Thanks. :)
Seems like many plants, and the Hot Blooded Lantana looks to be no exception, tend to grow a bit bigger in containers than in the ground. Particularly in a trial garden where they are getting controlled watering and fertilizing. That said, that one looks to be about 30" wide by 18" tall.
Great stuff, thank you
How tall do they get....lantanaa

I planted young lantana plants in July here in S. Texas on the east side of the house. Protected from the north. Will they die when the temperature drops to 28° this coming week?
Dear Mary Wilkerson, Given south Texas and lantana, and you have probably experienced some degree of hardening off during the past few weeks, and not rapid temperatures from 80 to 40F in a short amount of time, your plants should not die immediately. Most commercial lantana these days have overwintering properties in hardiness zones, such as USDA Hardiness Zones 10 and 11 (subtropical). Example South Florida is Zone 10 - 30 to 40F would be its low temperature range during winter months. Certain lantana varieties may perform as a perennial in your area regardless of seasonal cold temperatures. Some may be hardy in Zones 9. However, a lantana may not make it through winter if: 1) It is in a pot and the water freezes in the pot causing the roots to die. 2) In garden soil that stays very wet - chance of root rots and plant decline. 3) On a northern or eastern facing part of the property during severe cold nights (example in the teens in south Texas). Our horticultural recommendations are to mulch around the plants with 3 to 4 inches of mulch or provide winter protection such as burlap sacks or plant protection covers or blankets. Hope this help, James Gibson, Ph.D.
Love smaller flowers. They withstand wind and rain much better when compared with those huge flower varieties.
Excelente.
Calliope is a tough variety. I am trying it this year in the hot, dry climate of Reno, Nevada. Calliope is doing better than regular zonal geraniums, the blooms and leaves stay fresh much longer. The size of the blooms is more impressive, too. My favorite is the red colored one.
I have a Calliope Dark Red plant. Gorgeous! It is a wonderful variety, tough and growing nicely.
I live in North Texas..we are having extreme heat and I have a new Lantana growing in a not so deep container..will it make it thru the season ?..any hints or suggestions would be helpful..new to this beautiful plant

how do you prune the extended growth?
Hi, what’s the best liquid fertilizer do you use?
How do I deadhead these plants?
is this evasive plant in zone 6??? I was told it is in a non frost area however we get full winters
Hot Blooded Lantana is a sterile cultivar. I don't believe it is invasive. In zone 6, it would be treated as an annual.
👍❤️👍
That was the fastest tutorial I have ever seen
