I want to create a space for people to share their authentic stories about where they've found themselves sitting on a comma in their life. Through telling their stories, they release them into the universe. Through hearing their stories, we see ourselves in them. We feel connected and less alone. We feel inspired by the possibility we see in the mirror they present to us.

Veterans Transition Network vtncanada.org/ Since its inception, the Veterans Transition Program has maintained the belief that soldiers are best served by other soldiers. The researchers found that many of the veterans they worked with were reluctant to participate in programs or access resources that were provided by the government or military, for fear that their information would not be kept confidential. Many veterans fear the consequences an operational-stress injury could have on their military record and future career prospects. Thus, it was important to ensure in the expansion of the VTP that this confidentiality was protected, and that though grants were sought to enable the growth of the program, the Veterans Transition Network (VTN) would remain an independent organization.

I love all of this and will also add: To walking the path ahead of us and coming back to tell the tale. ❤
definitely shoulda been longer 😔😔
Oh for sure! While I am so grateful to be able to do this work, an hour is never enough time to honor these stories!!! That's also why I make it a point to include contact information in the show notes for every guest. My hope is that folks will reach out and continue the conversations. Also, down the road, I may do "follow-up" episodes or clips where I check in with folks to see how they are doing. I appreciate your feedback!
oldest daughter here, i just wanna say i admire my mothers strength and her ability to heal herself and overcome so much. she has proven that you can definitely heal yourself if you really put forth the effort and do the work and just really fight. she is resilient, a warrior, and a healer all in one 🤍✨ i’m so so proud of her and how far she’s come.
She clearly has loving daughters who have their own strengths and brilliant paths in life! I can't wait to see where Jamie goes next!!!
What an AMAZING interview! Paul, you are the best and Jamie, thank you so much for sharing your life! I'm so proud of you! ❤
Thank you for sharing this with Jamie and me! Jamie shared bravely and is a light!
This warms my heart! It’s powerful how sharing our stories helps us connect with and understand each other. I’m so glad Jamie’s story reached you in this way. Jamie showed me how I can create meaning and purpose from life’s most difficult situations and that there can always be a new starting point. Her courage is truly inspiring! Do you have a story you might like to share? You are welcome here. 😊
a message from Jamie’s daughter (she’ll know which one it is 🤪): I loved listening to this! My mom has told me her story before and I’ve only ever felt sadness, questioning how the universe can ever possibly give her a life like that but the more I’ve seen her everyday living life, always smiling and laughing I can say with the highest of confidence that she is a strong woman and I am extremely grateful to have a mother like her!
Thank you for inviting me, Paul ❤
It was an honor to have you on the show! Thank you!
So great to hear everyone's answers in one place! Congratulations on the completion of your first season and best of luck in the next!
Thank you Wendy! People are still talking about your episode in conversations with me. 🙂

A true intellectual Aristocrat 🎉🎉🎉 enweazu
So inspiring and engaging. Amy you offer such insight. Loved this.
Thank you @carlmartin7078 for your comment and acknowledgment of Amy! What was the most impactful thing for you?
Another great episode. Emily articulates so well what most people starting their own business feel. 'Am I good enough' 'why can he/she do this so much better than me' 'what if I make a fool of myself' Well guess what? We all do this no matter how many years we have been in business. There is a line in the episode which says 'we only recognise a particular trait in others if we have recognised it in some way in ourselves' (Sorry Paul if I haven't got that verbatim 😁 So we should stop beating ourselves up and comparing ourselves. In this coaching business clients choose us (not the other way round) for what they recognise us for. I recommend anyone having doubts about themselves and their business to listen to how Emily expresses her concerns and celebrates her successes
Thanks for this observation! It sounds like Emily’s story really resonated with you. I believe she’s a powerful example of what many of us experience. And yet she’s doing it, despite those doubts! To me, that’s courage. And a great example one may follow. Action leads to motivation and both together leads to confidence.
