I honestly have no reason to be squatting all the way down there when I only go as low as quarter squat position in long jump
@rasheedagurley Then do it for muscle growth. What will make you jump farther? More power from more muscle or more power in the same amount of muscle with more efficiency? More muscle scales way better and can also factor in efficiency, whereas you can't get more efficient with the same amount of muscle once you hit 100%

@rasheedagurley Squat grows legs more than anything, and more growth and strength comes from exploiting the muscle at its most stretched. Your lift is at the least amount of stretch. It is only training mind muscle connection. No offense, but im probably forgotten more stuff than you know. Take the advice and get better. Whatever trainer told you that exercise does anything should be fired.
