I love how you did this Video. If I would say anything, is sound like you used a microphone right next to your throat, I heard swallowing and noises in the background and it very much sounds like you had a dry mouth by the end of the video. Maybe record this and hold the microphone a short distance away so it wouldn't catch those noises. I ended up muting the video, it is still a great resource.
No respect for the neighbours. Kids are noisy, smelly little creatures, that cause havoc.

No. Implied is like when you go to a restuarant and sit down. It is an implied contract when you order you expect food and the restuarant expects you to pay. Estoppel is when you give the appearance you are an agent for someone but you aren't.

I know B is right but shouldnt C also be right? its just Dower is for the wife when the husband passes and Curtesy is for the husband if the wife passes? In this question, it didn't specifically state for who...?
