First day out at Waterford Hills this year, was kind of disappointing. The day was riddled with people leaving the track and trekking the grass/gravel. Open lapping event at Waterford Hills with ambient temps were hot, the intake air temps was even hotter. Track was super greasy; got to play around with the dampers a bit to find a nice balance. After building more confidence with the swap and the alignment at Waterford Hills, was able to shave 8 seconds since the last time I drove this configuration. Season opener at Waterford Hills. Hailed in the earlier sessions; track was cold and exceptionally damp. I genuinely did not have faith in the tires and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of grip I had on the old RS4s. First track day of the year and first time out at TMP. Left a lot of time on the table. The suspension setup is definitely too stiff for this track; 10 events old RS4s and the 3 year old Feal 441 are definitely starting to showing their age. Edit: Turns out, I mounted two of my tires incorrectly. My right front should have been mounted left rear. The rotation on the tires is incorrect. Idiot.

Oh absolutely. I usually go to Ed Frank’s OTD events, but unfortunately they don’t allow for passengers unless you’re an instructor. You should come out to one of the Trackilicious events. They let you do ride alongs. I’d be more than happy to have you come along for a session.

Solid lap! Turn 1 is so bumpy... The guys that set 1:20 or faster lap times are able to hold 100km/h through the entire turn.
