When I was a kid, Lucy was the one person of all people that I wanted to meet. And I’ll never forget that sunny spring day in April when my grandmother told me she’d died. I was just a 14 year old kid at the time, and I sat alone in the carport and cried. I truly did LOVE Lucy, and I still do. I now have a 12 year old daughter and I love to see her loving Lucy as much as I do. My heart still hurts when I think about her being gone, but I know someday God will introduce us. I Miss You Lucy. ❤️🥲❤️🥲

I had the distinct honor years ago to witness Carol Burnett interacting with Lucille Ball's daughter. It was a cocktail party on Park avenue in New york. Carol Burnett was seated in a chair in front of this huge window that was 18 ft tall. And Lucille Ball's daughter came and sat on her lap. I thought it was the most endearing moment. It speaks of the closeness between the two. Two grown women at a cocktail party but one was still viewing herself as a child able to sit on her aunts lap.

He is so missed. Robert O was a gem.
