I have no problem if you share it. However, I made this video a long time ago. Since then, I have been educated and realized that the Dirty Dozen are a form of behavior based training that points the finger at the worker. If you truly want to understand human error, start with Sidney Dekker’s book Field guide to Human Error. Stay away from the Dirty dozen, unless you are using it as an example of what not to do!
I don’t mind, but the dirty dozen is considered to be pseudo science, or methodology not supported by research. The dirty dozen is very much a behavior based safety model.
