But are the most of landlords really paying taxes, I have and am still searching for a rental property to buy but most of them when I ask how much the property is paying in taxes they all say they are not paying taxes. Someone says I told my security guy to only open for tenants not anyone else
My point exactly, URA has lost a lot of rental income tax because they are not taking the rental system seriously.
Much appreciating iam not in Uganda and i don't have acard to purchase this book is there other way to access it please

Wooow i love the mindful and helpful information all in this but please i need help i need iam in Saudi Arabia ive read some quiet books on real estate done some research but to start stepping into the market ive noticed that Ugandan real estate is quite different from other countries that's why i love this program and it would be better if i get a coach or training to get some insights too. I purchased one Condominium apartment. Franklin she is a expert in this and well skilled client in handling customers. She knows how to handle customers like a glass of Milk . Very humble woman. Thank you for advising the developers and raising more awareness. For sure customer service in Uganda can really discourage you from purchasing anything. I also suggest developers should keep In touch with their clients and update them about the progress of the project.. Find out how the customer is doing and their experience with what they have purchased or on going payment plan .
