The moment I entered my room, I was greeted by 10-20 cockroaches crawling everywhere. The room was filthy, with no mirrors, dirty bedsheets, and an overall unclean atmosphere. It felt like the place hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. To make matters worse, there was no water in the wash basin, making basic hygiene nearly impossible. The food was both unhygienic and undercooked, making it inedible. Sun N Shade is far from a "resort"-it's a health hazard. Stay away if you value your well-being!
