QUANTITIES FOR THE RECIPES
Instructions in the video. All recipes are vegan. Plant-based substitutes are used for animal products.
BLUE CHEESE APPLE ROSES
for 8 Apple Roses
Approximately 2/3 of a packet of filo pastry
60 g blue cheese
80-100 g feta cheese or crème fraîche (vegan feta softens when heated)
approx. 4-5 apples depending on size
half a lemon
Bowl with water
olive oil to coat and grease
salt, pepper or agave syrup to taste
Bake in a non-preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius until the pastry is lightly browned (for 12-15). Best eaten hot.
MINI-APFELSTRUDEL
for 6 Apfelstrudel
About 1/3 filo pastry
250 g apples cut into cubes
Cinnamon-sugar mixture
half a lemon
melted butter for brushing the dough
flaked almonds
Bake in a non-preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius until the pastry is lightly browned (for 12-15).
VANILLA SAUCE
Sauce / Pudding consistency when cold (for 2 portions / 500 ml)
500 ml soy milk
20 g cornflour
40 g sugar (I use homemade vanilla sugar)
1 vanilla pod
Put the inside of a vanilla pod in a saucepan and save the pod. Pour the soya milk into the pan. Put the starch in a bowl and spoon in approx. 8 tbsp of the soy milk. Stir the starch with the milk together. Add the sugar and the vanilla pod to the pan. Heat the pan over medium heat. When the vanilla milk is hot and steaming (it must not boil), stir in the starch mixture with a whisk so that no lumps form. Now bring the mixture to the boil briefly. Then remove from the heat and leave to cool.
Enjoy!

This is something I have experienced myself and also came to know that same had been scientifically proved Whenever you're out in your Garden, ALWAYS be totally barefoot because our soles love and deserve that freedom. They love to feel various textures of soil between their toes. Apart from n it's very healthy to be barefoot outside. Take for example two plants, one grown inside a pot and tge other grown in Nature. However much you water and use fertilizer, it never looks as healthy as the latter. This is simply because the roots have a limited space to stread and the Nurishment too is the same. The soles of our feet are like the roots of a tree. When you're not barefoot that natural process is obstructed. Our soles are designs to absorb things which are essential to lead a healthy lifestyle. However, use of footwear deprives this process. Apaurt from that there are a large number of Sensors / Nerve endings on the soles of our feet, which connects from head to toe. When we walk on Sand, Gravel and Tiny Stones /Pebbles,our entire body gets stimulated through these sensors. Once again Footwear deprives this natural process. So, go barefoot always for good health and happy feet and soles.
love the recipes! Especially the Strudel! :) 🍎🍏

It feels so weird to see the daylight at night. You are displaying the corresponding time with each footage, yet my brain actually can't register it properly . I wonder how weird it must be for you guys! Love from Bangladesh.
You're right, it's still weird 😅 Although I've experienced a few summers here, I'm always fascinated by the bright summer nights. Greetings from Sweden!

🌼🌼🌼
what for a cozy video ❤ it must really nice to celebrate midsummer
❤❤❤
love it
💚 The cake looks sooooo good!
Looking amazing! What a great start! 💚
It looks really fun and relaxing. My one advice would be to lay the cardboard down on the grass earlier, it needs time to kill the grass and break down so the vegetables' roots can grow through. Great video!
Thank you! I'll remember that next time. Everything is working well so far, but tips from experienced gardeners are always welcome!
Beautiful!
