This is Iowa’s problem in athletics. I heard the same stuff with McNamara in post game interviews. Stop telling the players that they’re playing great and that they don’t need to change anything, when you’re receiving back to back losses. I’m tired of Iowa being the joke of the B1G in everything except Women’s basketball. Put your nose to the grindstone and get some results out of these players. This is an absolute joke.

I spent the rest of the meeting outside the chambers in the hallway entrance with him and his family. He was a perfectly controlled gentleman. Anyone who insults him over one incident here is sadly mistaken about this wonderful human being. All his family out there were also extremely polite and gentle, comforting one another. If you see in the background, there are some who scream and act up, causing a near riot. Not this man, he left in a controlled fashion, as far as i could tell. Think about it, his dog was killed near his children for no reason, none nothing, a mistake and an idiot who could have just got back in his patrol car. Shame on anyone who thinks a few seconds of a man's life, when he was probably unaware of the 3 minute time limit and only does one careless act on a podium he might have thought permanent, yes, it is unattached, and they think that defines him. I have seen many of the people in this video you see acting out and yelling, they have done this repeatedly, so, judge them. This is the first time I saw this video, as I was out in the hall the entire time. Again I say, in the hallway the rest of the evening, this man was the utmost well behaved, barely spoke above a whisper, made zero violent motions, ever. So, that is an example of a small video and ignorant people making it into more than it was. Not me. I respect this many above any other that has ever shown up at the meetings. His family also. I never saw any of them ever again at any meeting, none of them ever spoke up again. Judge away...

Good effort by the lads; closer than I thought it would be. That said, this is the hard half of the conf. schedule and we're not likely to win more than 3 games from here on out. No NCAA tourney, maybe the NIT (not invited tourney.) Had high, high hopes for this year; not enough defense, not enough rebounding.

Let’s face it, USC’s coaching staff messed up by not bringing in two capable guards to replace what they lost last year. The girl from Oregon isn’t even better than the freshmen they have. Plus for whatever reason, Marshall has regressed and this is her last year. They don’t have a freshman coming in to compete for that spot next year. So, they better hit the portal strong next year or it will be the same as this year.

While the Kansas State coach is giving praise to ISU in his presser you can't even bring yourself to say your opponent's name. You need to take accountability.

You got beat pretty good this game man. You made yourself look like a fool on the court, the least you could do is give credit when its due.

I would also add that most "good" coaches will accept the result of a loss as "that's on me", but no mention of adjustments TJ would have/should have made to better prepare for the game, or even the 2nd half.

Not proud of our coach throwing an on the court childish fit, and agree that credit should have been somewhat graciously given to the opponent. Instead, it was obvious TJ purposely avoided even mentioning Kansas State....and our crowd "booed" their coach, totally classless, folks!

People shouldn't expect too much from this team, y'know. C'mon now, it's a young and newly-formed bunch and it'll take years for them to learn the ropes. Right now they're shot back down to earth. This group is not good enough to beat the Big Ten teams and occasionally lose to lesser teams. At the moment they're only good for the in-state rivalries. Forget the past, this is the painful reality now.

Reality bites, it's all downhill from here for these lady Hawkeyes 😭
