Hello my name is Alexandra and I am a wife and mother of 3. I am deciding that I want to manage my budget and get this debt behind us as a family. I am wanting to document my family's journey trying to budget and get out of debt. I will do grocery hauls on a budget, clothing hauls on a budget, and explain any tips that I have on how I am able to work on living life with my family while staying on a budget. Great haul!! Whew! The deals on the eggs were fantastic ❤ And I agree, if something you are going to use is a good deal, stash it away for later. Because prices are not going down it seems.
Yes things don’t look like they are going down. I am hoping to find more strategies not to compromise the amount I get but being able to still get deals.

If you're really trying to stretch your $500/mo- there are a few things that you can make yourself- like the chili, garlic knots, and spanish rice. Not only that but you can limit the amount of salt and sugar you're feeding your family. Especially if you'd prefer to allot those funds to maybe snacks that you cannot make like chips and cheese sticks etc.

Great haul! It is a STRUGGLE to stay on budget it seems. As long as I am close to where I want to be, I know I’m doing well. ❤
Yes cutting it by hundreds has been difficult. I feel like I am running out of food quicker than usual it is taking some getting use to.
@@LexJourney1 I totally understand! But you’ve got this! We have to find cheaper alternatives to what we normally buy or use to make it stretch. I’m finding that the processed food is way more expensive than fresh. So maybe we need to start making our own snacks, desserts, etc.

Great haul. Seeded watermelon is the only watermelon we get. Sadly it's so hard to find. Only one store far from us sale them regularly. So we travel to get them. So delicious 😋

Hey, I just think they come naturally seeded so I keep wondering how are they coming up with seedless and all the other types now. It’s hard to find seeded ones around me usually so I had to grab one.

Your weight can fluctuate from day to day based on what you ate the day before, if ate more salt or higher carbs which both cause water retention. How hard you exercised the day before (sore muscles retain water) or were you are in your cycle. There are so many variables. One thing I see people do that have to weigh daily is to look at the weekly average vs day to day. Good luck!
