L35 is an international architecture, urbanism, and design firm with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milano, Miami, Mexico, Bogotá, Santiago, Istanbul, and Abu Dhabi.
Founded in 1967, L35’s practice covers a myriad of architectural forms and projects both large and complex, among which are several office buildings and corporate headquarters, residential complexes, large shopping and leisure centers, mixed-use developments, sports stadiums, and urban developments.
We are currently working on projects in Spain, France, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Belgium, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Israel, Egypt, Morocco, Emirates, India, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Colombia, and the USA.

Vitam'Parc | L35 Architects
The aim of this sports, leisure, and shopping center was to integrate the architecture within the remarkable natural surroundings, while minimizing the impact on the landscape.
Néstor Soldate Ruhl, Architect Partner in L35 Architects, describes a design featuring integrated volumes concealed beneath undulating green and ETFE roofings, blending harmoniously with the adjacent fields. The complex, conceived as a fully environmentally responsible project is labelled “Haute Qualité Environmentale”.
Currently, we are designing a new entrance area to the city, known as “Nouveau Vitam”. This new gateway incorporates mixed uses and is constructed in collaboration with territory stakeholders and neighbors.

Este estadio , cuando esté todo acabado va a ser colosal, y creo que sus posibilidades de poder jugar diferentes deportes además le va a dar más grandiosidad de la que ya tiene además de ser polivalente. Pensar que el Madrid empezó jugando en antiguo Chamartín , que estaba al lado Grande RealMadrid.

Ya ves que no, ya pasa de los 800 mill, y con lo que vale el solar en esa zona lo convierte no solo en el mejor y mas moderno estadio del mundo, sino también el mas caro. De los miles de mill, que generará mejor ni hablamos. Ya lo está haciendo.

A mí me parece un centro comercial sin más. De hecho una estructura de esa envergadura en un espacio tan cerrado no se puede apreciar ( veáse en Oviedo, la chapuza de Calatrava con ese monstruo, en el centro de la ciudad). Habría quedado bien como en el napolitano, el allianz del bayern, San Siro...

El estadio estaba antes que los vecinos y la ciudad se fue construyendo alrededor. Si quieres eliminamos las iglesias y las ponemos a las afieras porque las campanas molestan. De nada campeón.

Sois muy buenos, vuestro trabajo va muy bien y pronto estará terminado, y podremos ver y disfrutar esta gran Obra de Remodelación del Estadio Santiago Bernabéu. Él Nuevo Estadio Santiago será un Icono para la Ciudad de Madrid.
Memorable esa es la definición perfecta de este pedazo de estadio. GRACIAS!!!
La forma no es definida como la Torre Eiffel, es una pantalla de cine que se entiende en movimiento, un reflejo de la ciudad cambiante y de lo que ocurre en su interior. L35 ha logrado el sueño de la integración de cualquier arquitecto español.
