Zions hands on defense is very underrated if he plays great defense consistently we for sure making the playoffs

Been playing ball for a long time before and I love playing with small guys who get their nose dirty and try to strip and steal balls with quick feet and quick hands. Graham is a better defender than I thought he would be, his hands are always moving and always ready to strip a player, he was coached very well

Most of these “defensive highlights” are just rebounds and stray passes that he catches

As a pelicans fan and as a friend in general I really appreciate Zions basketball IQ . He could seem slow footed sometimes on defense. But you can see in these clips when he does manage to make it impact play he’s a step ahead with the advancement of the ball . High IQ stuff

Being that they’re both left-handed I can see a little bit of her Jones rubbing off on Zion in the future. Zion was labeled a bad defender… But I believe with more reps and better stamina he could be a impactful defender soon .
