They are strong! Luckily base 2 is GREAT against this strategy since there is no clone value. Base 3 also works well against this since a balloon blimp is heavily baited.

Yes, some teams have a lot of support and loud fans! I'm sure MTFY's last attacker felt a lot of pressure, but it was definitely strange to start the lalo so early without worrying about the invisibility tower.

Yes, MTFY were looking pretty consistent, I think they only lost 14-15 to Synchronic earlier so it would have been a close final!

Yeah, I just wrote down what clan castle Synchronic used based on the replays. 2 ice golems is pretty popular because it slows down super witches and there is space for headhunters and archers to defend heroes. The clan castle was also fireballed in a few bases so I wrote down the clan castle I would expect for that base based on how it looks.

Yes, I heard that General X built over 100 bases over the year to prepare for the world championship! This was even before the new hard mode meta so he was building bases expecting to have a more difficult meta in the future. For the world championship he picked the most tricky designs and used them. This really shows how strong Synchronic's preparation was.

Yeah Navi was a HUGE surprise, but MTFY did a very nice job! Also I was scared throughout the tournament because Tribe’s attacks were very risky, especially the giant arrow + lightning tricks which seemed like an unnecessary risk when you could just bring 2 more zaps and save the queen ability.
