Also that line doesn't help you get the best time there. Get at me I can show ya how to get 14.9.

It is hard to drive no doubt but I don't find it too terribly difficult to drive unless you are trying to go 2 wide in a corner or if someone decides to take you 2 wide entering the corner. That is when I really tense up. I was shocked to come away with no incident points as I was super nervous about this race and my safety rating which took a beating at Talladega.

I am not sure I will be a tremendous amount of help but I would suggest backing up the corners a little, maybe turning up the steering ratio to help reduce scrubbing the tires, lowering brake bias and using a bit of brake to help turn the car vs letting the tires do all the work, make sure to turn in early enough. I feel like I turn in a bit to late oftern and feel like that will wear them out a bit as the tire slides across the pavement more. See if any of that helps. I would also suggest getting a reddit account if you dont' already have one and add the iracing sub reddit. Ask this in there as well and they can give more feed back too!

No worries. I was a bit upset in the moment but in the grand scheme of things I wasn't taken out so its all good. I try not to be too critical unless there is clear and consistent pattern. I try to look back at the replay and be as fair as I can. Might have been a little over critical but I didn't have the added context you provided which makes sense. I have unintentionally hit people in the rear before so I don't have a lot of room to complain either. Add me on on iRacing as a friend. I would be happy to run some laps with you and help you out in any way I can.

My qualifying lap was staying up against the wall on the straight and staying on the bottom into the corner and coming off corner going out to the wall.

Yeah carb cup can be pretty rough to say the least.

My 3 monitor setup looks crappy when I capture all 3 screens so I am only capturing the center monitor. According to the distance from my monitors and the angle of my monitors this was the ideal FOV for my setup. I have a tablet that shows the display output of my gauges and such so I don't need to be that far away to see it. It works for me.

Fanatec CSL Elite. Just the 2 pedals not the Load cell.

Yeah. I wanted to try this track. First time racing this track period. Only did practice prior to this race and only got like 15min if that. I was just happy they didn't drive off and leave me in the dust. I was fast enough to maybe mess with the guy in front but that was about it. Next week is Legacy Texas road course. Should be a good time. Safety rating only affects road series so feel like I will try hard to see if I can get a decent finish

I felt possible retaliation coming. Didn't want them to get to me but I was too concerned about them getting to me I messed up the entry and definately the turn 4 exit. Seemed 13 was driving it pretty hard to catch me.

Nice! I try to record every race I do. You were far enough ahead I never saw you. I messed with the setup a bit and it was ok in the 10 lap runs but it got real tight in as the run went on I was adjusting the brake bias to get decent turn in after half way but just couldn't carry the speed I was at the beginning. First season in this car and trying to mess with setups. Finished above my car number. This was a decent SoF race for me at 1.4k wasn't thinking I would finish that well anyway. Need to make some adjustments for longer run.

Thanks. I am not a road race fan but decided to do this race. 2nd race at the track and had literally no practice on the first race. This one I got practice before also I was decent but won't know due to being rear ended in turn 1.

It really is. It is undrivable. I don't even waste my time on Trucks at Charlotte. Really put a bad taste in my mouth with the trucks in general. I thought it was pretty cool you got this truck included with your subscription but I won't really touch it now.
