Not the hard bristle on the leather!!!! Also dish soap dries out your material. Try using blue detergent with oxi clean. Just make a solution in a spray bottle and your set. Good job tho for using what you have. They look good.

probably late but if you still see this I picked these up at a nike store they had 7.5 and 8 us I normally wear a 8 they are slightly long but the 7.5 was almost identical length but more narrow
