Hey dear i am not able to program this keypad with our sliding gate motor 800kg . Can you please guide us how to pair the keypad with our sliding motor. We have brought this keypad and motor from the china supplier michelle huang through alibaba . He is not guiding us properly to pair the keypad to the sliding motor pcb . How can i contact you?

Yes, our green color control panel broken, please check below information.
Program remote into Green Color Learn Button Opener Step 1. Press and hold the B and D buttons at the same time until the LED light on. Step 2. Release both buttons. Step 3. Seletc one of the 4 buttons you want to use as remote button, press it Four times. Step 4. Press any other button once to exit programming. Step 5. Press the Green learn button on the back of garage door opener once. Step 6. Press and hold the remote button until you hear clicks or see the opener’s LED is flashing. Then the programming is completed. Step 7. Press the remote button again, your garage door opener will run. If you have extra garage door opener, please repeat the above step operation.
