I like that playground idea, looks nice. You should consider getting yourself a few ground protection mats. They would have probably paid for themselves on that one job, saving you all of that follow-up repair. You can work your way out of the project with the mats, and it would look like you were never there. The track skids would float right over that soft ground if mats were down. I've seen them at equipment rental shops if you want to try it next time, maybe someone has them in your area. I've been on jobs where it's 4 hours to do the job then a day to fix the damage that we did doing the job, not anymore.... We got white 4×8 Blue Gator mats, and they are well worth the investment once you see what they can do for you on a job like this to save tons of labor.
Im am in the same situation, where did you get the cab and how much was the shipping?
Busbee Truck Parts in South Carolina. It was $5000 with shipping
Where are you from sanborn
Did you have issues with that lid not having a latch? Figured a big wind gust would flip it up
@@hadenjohnson2183 no the shock keeps it down
Those tracks need a large cover plate on the outside.
To hold in all the dirt!🤣😂✌️
700 hours in Australia is a fly shit do a 4000 hour review
What’s the name of the jazz selection played at 22:15? It’s beautiful!!!
I need help with part numbers for this kit. This matches my machine but everyone wants to sell me a threaded version based on my serial number
Did you get the part numbers? I’m in same boat
You have the front nose of the deck too low when you’re mowing, that’s why you’re rutting hard w the deck. It actually works better if you have it just a bit higher so it won’t dig as much and so there’s more air flow to suck the debris up into the blades more. Stresses the bobcat out more as well as it constantly has resistance on it from the deck digging… the bumper plates are supposed to be off the ground not digging into it all the time, you’ll wear those out fast too they’ll get holes in em. And when you’re backing up you have to tilt the deck up a hair cuz it digs more. If you don’t wrap the hydraulic line w protective hose wrap it will bust from rubbing.. I have about 1000 hrs in exact setup
Congrats on new purchase, I hope it will serve you well for a long time!
Make sence
Hi, I am a bobcat technician and if you have problem with coolant call your dealership and ask for the tubeline coolant field mod
That tool will definitely save your back from having to lift those heavy blocks
Is the rotortilt pinned to the stick or is it a quick copler?
This one is pin on
Chris Trott is a good guy. He upfits a lot of trucks for me. I'm at a Chevy dealer a block from him. That LCF chassis was one of my units he built.
Small world! Chris is awesome
What was the part # on lower ball joint
Do you sell the plans or drawings
I was interested in this video until you reckoned solid mounted tracks are more stable. Torsion suspension keeps more traction over rougher surfaces and keeps the chassis more stable so you stay on grade over rougher surfaces to a point.
We have an old BB302 and use SK1550 to load. Then we can take 20 yards straight to job. Use a half tne amount of mulch.
If I were to build such a platform from scratch, would it make sense to level the crossmembers with the main rails to lower the height and center of gravity on the platform, or do these two guide rails need to protrude some height?
No, for 2 reasons. 1, at least for switch n go they need to be up for the body to slide on the hoist subframe. It would not clear or lock properly. 2, the cross members get their strength by not being cut on the middle. If you were to take a piece of to make everything flush it would definitely weaken the strength of the body
99 percent of people would not tackle that job you are the man thanks
That is a great idea to get a new cab for this one instead of a new one at the price of it 💵💸
Great video, but that job site isn’t ready for mulch. They look like they still have work to do.
Any issues or break downs with these machines?
They clog from time to Time if you don’t keep up with cleaning them out
Awesome, was it around 30k attachment?
40k all in
Do you have part numbers available?
I do not anymore. If you go to bobcats online parts catalog you can find them in there
How much would you charge for this? Great video. Nice work around the low lying drain pipe. Did you know it was there???
Did this for a friend and pasted employee, time and materials. No one had a clue, it was there. I felt it when i was digging
thanks for wasting 13 mins of my life. lets title a video about 3 attachments but only show using one. stupid
I bought a 15’ wide metal pless last year (9’ plow with 3’ wings) for our 6 ton wheel loader. I would guess it does the work of 4 trucks and greatly reduced our salt usage. The carbide edges show zero sign of wear. The only issue is as that it scratched concrete on residential driveways and the joystick required 2 hands to operate while driving with your knees. I would never go back to plowing with trucks.
I was suprised how well it did, that’s a big pusher on a small machine
Did you order it red orange most are yellow glade you got the flotation blade you did a great job on the floor panel don’t forget to knock the salt off your boots can’t wait till snow next year thanks
It came from a bobcat dealer so I’m guessing that had ordered it orange to match
Glad you made this video on how to install this snow removal multi angle box blade so some one else can get it done
That’s what I was hoping for
@@BeauEnterprisesInc 👍👍
Awesome work! Landscaping company from ohio here! also starting the youtube grind! I hope you and your company do great this year!

thank you! @@BeauEnterprisesInc
Love the rake, obsessed with grading and skid steer work! Liked, Viewed, Subscribed!
Thanks!
Rewatched! The soil conditioner is the best!
How do you turn on the reverse fan on the t66 ?
There’s a button on the left side. Push and hold it will kick on for a few seconds or push and leave it on and it will purge everyone once in a while. All machines have the switch but not all machines are equipped with it
Hey buddy we’re do you get the white name tags for your wire good job plus you saved a few bucks tnanks
Just a label maker
love the video, just saw it because im looking into purchasing the soil cond. for my mt100. was wondering if when doing a sod job, would the soil conditionner be sufficient enough to grind the current grass, weeds and soil then re-sod or a sod cutter (grass remover) is still needed before the use of the soil conditionner? thanks
Is the lawn established? If so, yes it would be tough
So how many hours would you say you have on the greaseless rollers? No problems yet?
About 200hr no issues
Very useful review. Thanks much.
Glad it was helpful!
How do y'all like that T series GMC? I'm in the market for one and I'd like to hear from others in the industry that have used them
Pretty solid for the most part. This one is hydraulic brakes and under CDL. It doesn't have a belt driven air compressor, it has an electric compressor which has been a problem. Other than the electric compressor issue, for the most part the rest of the truck has been good. I do most of the work myself and they are pretty easy to work on. Parts are a little expensive through the dealer so shop around
You definitely have the equipment to do any of the jobs that you are doing
Yes we do, and we can always use more
@@BeauEnterprisesInc hopefully you can get it 💪👍😎
37 wheel barrow
and that would be horrible
Next step: attach the rototiller to the skidsteer that needs the track change so it's a one-person, one-machine job?
Nice! But can it pick up your beer and pour it out for you? Well what good is it then!
I will have to try
If diggers can open a bottle, then surely a rototiller can open and pour.
Great idea to change the tracks on the skid steer using the roto tiller to help with this job
Thanks 👍
@@BeauEnterprisesInc your welcome young man 👍😎
Hey with that control box, it requires a wire for power. What kind of fuse did you use for the power cable?
The place that installed it put a circuit breaker
Hay brother i appreciate the video. I have a buddy's machine in now for undercarriage and he also has a newer 100 and suggested doing this that's how i found the video. I have a few questions can you just get a rebuild kit for the 100 and install it on the 85 and not replace the actual rollers themselves and did you know bobcat offers a supposed hard to find retrofit kit for the 85 to 100 style. I watched the video a few weeks agoband didn't remember tou mentioning one or the other if you did o apologize
mt100 rollers are different than mt85 in the way they mount so it will not work
That rotation of the bucket is a great idea to make the job much easier to do
It sure does
@@BeauEnterprisesInc cool beans 🫘 there young man 👍😎😁
Blown fuses are an indication of other problems as they are the weak link. These machines are incredible in their own right but require extra care. A well lubed and regularly cleaned BOBCAT will last many years.
top notch work!
