Please explain how to match the temperature to the Swift Command panel using the offset button. Also, when the van is up to temperature, should the electricity turn off? Ours does, and we don't know if this is right. Picked the van up yesterday and are trying to work out how to operate, ourselves, rather than ring the dealer every 5 minutes. Thanks.

Thank you! You really saved me when I couldnt reset the error code on the display. It was only nine degrees (Celsius) in my camper and otherwise it would have been a very cold night.

I've got some good news, Calor Gas UK Limited have reversed their decision to get rid of the smalled 3.9kg Propane and 4.5kg Butane cylinders and is in a process of bringing them back. This will take time though and it could be a while before they return to stock and returned to Calor dealers.

Hi Simon, Just a quick question: When the AC unit is running at night, in night mode, is there an option to turn off the flashing blue light as the compressor kicks in and out.

So you never really explained much. What does the heating mode operate on A/C. D/C ?What does the complete unit operate on ? Does it have a heating element in it ? Does it have a soft start? Does the unit shut off when it’s reached its temperature in both the heat and cool modes? Or does it stay running? You posted a pop up at the beginning but if you can read that fast. Good luck. As I would like to monitor the battery through the communication module and app, what do I need to switch on or off to do this? Thanks

Strange that they are called Bespoke when the USP is standardised fit out to keep price low. Nice van and at first the price looks brilliant till you realise it’s for a 90hp poverty model. Price of the 150 DSG will be a better benchmark. But nice though

Totally fed up with Calor's total disregard of the leisure industry. To exchange my two current Calorlite 6kg bottles with the all metal version would add too much to my noseweight, so I've dumped Calor completely, replaced my pigtail and switched to a couple of Flogas (Gaslite) 5kg cylinders. These are made of a composite material and "see through" so I can actually see my gas level, and they are physically lighter bottles thus reducing my noseweight. Yes, I will have slightly less gas on board but I don't use much anyway as I'm usually on an electric hook up. The cylinders use a snap on connecter which is far quicker and simpler to change than the Calor screw type and the cylinders are readily available at my local Homebase store among other retailers.

Stating the obvious is hardly helpful, the 6 Kg is 495 mm high and my Ducati camper van can not accommodate with without a rebuild. anyone ideas of alternatives? Calor clearly just abandoning its customers.
