I don't think so, because the events of Hello Neighbor 2 take place right after act 2, where Nicky (still a child) runs away from his neighbor's damn house. Hello Neighbor 2 takes place well before Nicky becomes an adult, as when Nicky in act 3 returns to Raven Brooks everything is destroyed. Could be related to Nicky due to big nose genetics, haha!
