I do think the game is going to be big tho kinda like Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 probbs, Bleach still has ton of fans and TYBW has brought a lot more and surely the hell arc will do the same. Also from what we saw so far, the game doesn't really feel like the normal Bandai anime fighter slop (jujutsu kaisen game was ass) so I do have high hopes on this one, keep up the content man

I imagine for game balance purposes, shikai Ichigo likely does more damage per a swing while bankai Ichigo plays far more like a proper speedster with lots of quick strikes that set up for powerful super attacks. That's balance I would of truck anyway, would make bankai ichigo feel stronger as he retrains longer durations of keep his opponent on the back foot. Also honestly Ichigo's likely going to be the only one getting multiple variants unless they go all the way to the fullbringer arc or start including some of movies/filler. Everyone else's kit only really became enough to fill a character around the arrancar arc and they don't get expansions until 1000 year blood war. Though we'll likely get final getsuga out of Ichigo next. Which based on how this Ichigo runs will likely actually play slow and dominating almost like zaraki due to where it happened in the story, possibly a lot of grappling in reference to how he grabbed Aizen's face and caught his blade. Which will be mad disrespectful when he just fucking command grabs you for high damage all the time.

They had confirmed it was going up to the arrancar arc a long time ago. I'm surprised that was a piece of news you missed.

The trailer shows Urahara's ability, which he used in the final battle against Aizen, so there will clearly be a full arc of Arankars. And most likely the arc of Fullbringers, because it is small. And the current Quincy arc is likely to be DLC, because it's not finished yet in anime, which has some differences from manga. There are also video reviews showing a fragment of fight Hollow Ichigo VS Ulquiorra.

I think the main problem with mortal Kombat 1 is neatherealm studios every since injustice 2 they keep trying to push the same gear systems and micro transactions despite a basically unanimous hatered of the system by most fans as well as charging full $70 for the game on launch day and rolling out paid dlc characters as well meanwhile the actual gameplay loop of mk1 is the same tedious grind we saw in mk11 people are annoyed with the lack of effort to actually make mk1 good as all the resources seem to be getting poured into different ways for them to monetize the game probably because warner bros demanded seeing how they at the end of their third quarter of 2023 they were still over $45 billion in debt and that number isn't getting much better also the kameo system is kinda lame and cuts the actual playable roster short because of it's mere existence Tekken 8 however is introducing and expanding on it's feature rich content which has been their strategy for a long while now introducing side step in tekken 3 rage arts in tekken 7 the character customization which is almost entirely free compared to mk1 where a lot of cosmetics are locked behind pay walls and when you can grind for cosmetics in mk1 its intentionally so long and tedious that it makes players want to pay for a way to skip the grind entirely where as tekken is focused on making the game as fun as possible so people want to keep playing it A lot of the time when i play mortal kombat it feels like the game is demanding things from me But when i play tekken it's more like the game is inviting me in to the party
