Actually ever since I got 2:53 I've been using 13 sunflowers for my records because while it is technically slower than 12, it gives you a far more consistent second half that allows has made getting lower times alot easier

Cause on PC it also takes more time to plant a star so in the meantime you're going to generate more sun combining all the plantings

You can try to memorise where the icon for a specific puzzle is located and place the mouse in that spot in advance. Takes some time but makes things easier in the end.

Because I do runs with splits and I use space as a split button so that when I shuffle the board my timer also does a split. The same key serves for multiple purposes which allows to split basically frame-perfectly

@@goldenboy9674 ok but that's silly, you can see your splits if you use marathon mode too, and you don't need to split or scramble manually.

@@ben1996123 The thing is I love using LiveSplit because it offers much more information such as total playtime, attempt counter (you can also see how many attempts you have finished), gold segments, sum of best segments and after all you can see your pace

@@ben1996123 Oh, plus shuffling manually is fun because you need to do it as soon as possible after solving the puzzle and I love microactions

Huh, there isn't but I use space as my splitting key so that it splits exactly when it is solved since space also does a scramble in this game. I know there is marathon but you can understand why I speedrun like this from the explanation of how I split, it is easier to do when you have to scramble manually.

The thing is, this is a brand new category on speedrun.com so if somebody else gets his hand onto this, he might get a better run. There is no competition so far. Although yeah, my run is good nonetheless LMAO
