Look up ‘1 arm pull up form’ I’ve never seen someone do a one arm pull up with that form.

@@Infumustoter I would if i could but unfortunately the bar isn't high enough from the ground so i would have to try to either cross my legs instead or try to go for an L-sit position which is still difficult for me to do without swinging around 😭 😭
@@kirby456 with good form it will make it easier to do. The way you are training won’t get you to your goal because you are working out the wrong muscles.

You're doing a big mistake, you shouldn't bend your knees when going up, try to contract as much as you can your hands, your abs and your glutes, that'll increase your strenght
I wasn't doing that early on in my series but now i keep doing it idk what's going on with me there 😅 😭
Good work my man. To keep your elbows healthy do some banded push downs after your workout with higher reps and definitely invest in a Theraband FLEXBAR to prevent Tennis/Golfers elbow. One arm chin ups can be really taxing on that region from my experience. Keep up the good work ❤

Maybe fiest youcshould try doing 1arm pullups with your hand closing a 90 degree angle itll strenghten your arms thats how i do them

Another good practice is doing a cheat one arm pull up, just grab your wrist with your other hand and start training those. Also avoid jumping when doing it, try starting from a dead hang
