    Mystrika is far superior to any other cold email tool out there. My outbound lead gen skyrocketed when I started using Mystrika, and my sales have been growing ever since. You cannot do cold email without Mystrika, it is essential for success.

    Let me tell you my experience with Wayfair recruiting from back in 2021. The experience traumatized me into not applying to your organization ever again. In June 2021 I had just applied to a development position at Wayfair. I had been sent a rejection email almost immediately without thinking a thing about it. I figured, thats weird I'm almost perfectly qualified, but ok move on. Then a day later an individual called me claiming to be an "Air Duct Cleaner". My phone number is not listed. Only employers I apply to get this number. I don't have a house, so no Air Ducts. I told them to take me off their call list. They called me non-stop for four days. The voice was always an Indian with a thick Indian accent. On the last day a recruiter from your organization sent me an email asking for feedback on our interview process. I emailed this woman back asking why did she send me an email, I was never interviewed and was immediately rejected. She never responded to me. The calls immediately stopped. You convinced me that an Indian citizen was using my name / profile to gain employment for their countryman illegally. They posed as a service they think nobody would want, so that we'd hang up on them and not get an interview. You refused to acknowledge the harrassment or problem to pretend it didn't exist. In Canada we are dealing with systemic blockading of white individuals to the job market by the Indian recruiters here that don't want to employ our race. We've got whole departments of only Indian individuals because they've been allowed to racially prefer their own people that don't even have citizenships in this country. Some have been caught with illegal work permits. Their "process" to exclude us felt unethical and like harrassment and bullying. You might want to clean up your house...if you want to acquire real talent.

    9:18 ...I think you get to be mysterious or vague in your messaging to tech candidates when you work for Reddit. A 67% rate should be almost expected. It's not the messaging doing the pulling, it's the brand.

      I hear you. I've definitely worked for companies that not many had heard of. It is a product that many want to be a part of shaping. Still, I'm not vague or mysterious in my outreach. I just talk to people. 67% was actually much higher than the norm at that point of time in the market. 48%, even 35% would be very decent. In any event, thanks for the comment.

    This is great. Agree with Bernardo that the reputation of sourcers needs to change. The "sourcer" title is misleading and is a very different set of skills from recruiting. One does not lead to the other, one is not "better" than the other - both skills are separate. Finding a recruiter or a sourcer with both set of skills is really what a "talent acquisition" person is. +1
