Hi!! I'm so glad you love them as well! I just honestly eyeball it for each fruit. Usually one banana or half a banana, a handful of baby spinach, and a handful of whatever else. So probably from half a cup to a cup of most fruit or additions. With the powders, it's usually about a teaspoon to a tablespoon. The freezer containers are actually all from takeout that I save! I try to be as sustainable as possible reusing plastic wherever possible! You're so welcome!!! I have an easy lunch idea coming soon and a few easy dinner ones coming in the next several weeks/months as well :) Thank you so much for the ideas!!

I used a whole box initially several years ago according to their directions, and now I use about a box using a few strips at a time over a year to maintain their whiteness. I also try to avoid dark liquids such as coffee, tea, and wine!
