I gained a wealth of knowledge from Captain Gikandi; thank you. His insights truly opened my eyes. I can't help but wonder what he would recommend regarding training-would he advocate for training in Kenya or the US? I wish it was live and interactive! Overall, I learned so much, especially when I looked into the reasons behind the Ethiopian 302 crash. He was right about how Americans value experience over mere knowledge.
