After a while of looking i managed to get a PKG file. I installed it to the emulator and tried to play it but it said it couldn't decrypt it and it was missing a RAP file. You said you could use PKG or RAP so i'm kinda cofused-

I love Sonic the Fighters! Sonic the Fighters (aka Sonic Championship) is so much better than Sonic Battle because Sonic Battle plays nothling like an arcade-styled fighting game. And speaking of Sonic Battle, that game needs a remake and the remade version of Sonic Battle needs the Sonic the Fighters/Sonic Championship treatment. In other words, Sonic Battle on the GBA back in the days was all gimmick and less skill and Sonic Battle was a combination of Power Stone and Super Smash Bros. in the of world Sonic the Hedgehog.
