Hi. Que belleza y que placer contemplar como trabaja con las manos y ver este resultado. Me encanta la repostería oriental y aprendí a hacer "mooncakes" 🥮 pues resultó muy facil encontrar los moldes necesarios y las recetas básicas; pero para poder crear nerikiris no encuentro nadie que explique cuántos son los utensilios necesarios ni encuentro dónde comprarlos. He visto vídeos de maestros reposteros haciendo nerikiris hermosos y, unos usan herramientas de madera, otros de metal, otros de ambos materiales o incluso de plástico parecidos a los que se usar para moldear ceramica. Si fuera posible que hiciera un video explicando cuáles son los utensilios tradicionales necesarios o al menos los básicos para comenzar a crear estas bellezas, estaré inmensamente feliz y agradecida. I like the video. You should change the audio though to something more soothing. That fits the delicacy n beauty of the Wagashi treats. Of course soothing, but not sleepy. The current audio kind of distracts you. Other than that, Good job!👍🏼 Very pretty🌸
