@@techtictactoe2310 Prawn Biriyani: Clean the prawns and Marinate prawn with salt and lemon juice. Set aside for 30mins. Heat oil in a pan. Give cardamom, bay leaf, cinnamon, clove, jeera. Sauté them and then add chopped onion. Fry it till brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and finely chopped tomato. Stir it well. Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, Biriyani masala and shahi garam masala. After sometime add curd. When this mixture leaves oil, then add the prawns and stir well. Add water as per your Biriyani quantity. When prawn is cooked properly, add boiled basmati rice, coriander leaves, keora water, rose water, fried onion(beresta), mughlai ator. Cover the pot and leave it in slow flame for 25mins.. after that it’s ready to serve.. Chicken dopyaja: Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion, garlic and ginger. Fry it till brown. Add chopped tomatoes. On the other hand, take a bowl and mix curd, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder. Add this mixture in the pan along with chicken (try to use boneless chicken which is easy to get cooked). Cover the pan. Stir the chicken in between. It is done when it leaves oil. Then add some diced onion (onion is used twice, that’s why it is called dopyaja). Add garam masala. Stir for 5-6 mins and then serve in plate.
