My bread taste great but man it’s not pretty lol More practice only my third bread today
I was beating it up 😢
None of the attachments scrape the sides of the bowl. The mix that clings to the sides won't get blended with the rest of the mixture. You have to stop, raise the attachment, scrape the sides with a spatula, mix them in by hand, and continue. I'd like to see someone mix (say, cookie dough) without having to do that. A hand mixer is easier in this respect.
Thank you i just got my mixer and didn't have a clue. Great video.❤
Why don’t these bakers tell us from the beginning?! I’ve been doing it wrong on every single dough I have ever made including the one I just made.
Thank you for the advice. Please don’t pull the plug out of the socket like that. Put your hand closer to the plug so not to pull the wires.
Too much background voice chef😅
Toy. Good match for an EasyBake Oven. Serious mixers are bowl lift.
I knew that working the dough was to activate the gluten, but I didn't know the strands actually broke.
Im glad i found your channel. Great advice brother!
I just learned about scrape first, then cut. Thank you!
No longer will I be an onion struggler!
Thank you!!!
Maybe im pushing too hard. Il try this next time. I cant ever get the smooth elastic ball too form.
No wonder my dough was so stiff 😅, thanks for the tip😊
Hello. Please make a dough kneading video from scratch to windowpane test. Please.
Cutting boards, wooden or plastic? What’s best for no bacteria?
Either one actually. There is a way to sanitize both of them. I talk about how to do that in my knife skills course.
I don't do it like this, start the same way by cutting the ends off and peeling, but when he does the 90% through, I cut it the other way 90 degrees from that first. (Makes half rings) Then turn it and cut the other way. No waste and 100% diced. I don't have an issue with keeping all the pieces together for uniform cuts. Used to cut up dozens of onions everyday for years in a restaurant.
Also, I cut the ends off away from the cutting board, peel the onion by slicing into the first layer, not cutting it in half. Then I rinse the onion and the knife under cold water before I cut it in half.
I'm not sure what you're referring to?
Oops, someone doesn't check their work.
Thank you, i am gonna try,
Great video but the background music is quite loud.
Fantastic tutorial, thank you!
How Many Layers tp remove first? One, Two???
Thank you. I did this yesterday, before watching this. I did ok but learned so much to do a better job at preparing.
Forgot to say I am just a home cook. Not a restaurant. But I get 5 stars here even if I do it wrong.
Thanks
Easiest method I’ve seen yet.. THX☺️
Wow knowledge bro
i always thought hard push is better ty

"God created cooking so we could see how He made the Universe." Excellent!
Sooo helpful. Thank you so much
If I'm making a mixture to make ice cream for my Ninja Creami would it be better to use the regular beater or the whisk like beater? The mixture is heavy cream, eggs, water, sweetener, and whatever flavor I'm making. Have been using an immersion blender with a whisk attachment. Thought I would give the mixer a try since I hardly ever use it.
Oh so the pan has to be HOT?! 🤯
dude's cutting raw chicken with a watch on
And what is wrong with that? You know a watch can be washed....just like your hands.
Thanks! Good tips but I can barely hear you over the background noise and the way too loud music.
Yeah, we were capturing some footage during a live cooking class we were doing.
if you do this again, it may help next time to bring a tiny mic you can pin to your collar real quick, and maybe connect to the device you’re filming with. It probably doesn’t take long to set up, maybe just a few more seconds than hitting record possibly. I really can’t hear you in this and would have loved to!

Thank you for this easy to follow tutorial! I got one for my birthday and am excited!
I just received one for my birthday too and I know your excitement! What have you made so far? I want to start simple but would really like to make some bread or pizza dough.
Dam, I've really been doing it wrong, so much for maximum effort. Thanks for this🤙🏼
If you don't have a spring but you want one there is a solution. Mr. Mixer sells a quick install spring and washer. Another note I recently learned that the UK tilthead KitchenAids are required to be self-locking.
Thank you
If your too scared too tilt the pan, use a candle lighter
Stop begging for subscribers! It's annoying to hear that multiple times in a video when you watch. We all get how TH-cam works!!
Appreciate it. Not begging though. We are new at this so it's all a learning curve. Have a little grace.
@@TheSweetSavoryClassroom I can appreciate you being new and I know your channel is dependent on subscribers but mention it once if at all and call it a day! Your content is what will get you subscribers!! So far so good! Good luck!
Great explanations. Thank You!
Thank you. Oh and it's a whisk by the way not whip😂 but it is used for whipping😂
cool, now do ribeye
I can’t stop staring at the chin dimple.
LOL. We call it a Chimple around here.
This is the way I have been doing it. Forget all the more complicated "chefs methods" . This is the cleanest, simplest most effective method. Hell, I don't even trouble myself to do the 90% thing. Peel just as this gentleman did, then cut downward in 1/4 inch slices. Turn 90° ...repeat...done.
Great tips
Thanks!
Nah gtfoh he was ready to go home 😅
