These are great guitars. Construction and materials are all top notch. I cringed when I saw you spray the Deoxit on the pots all over the top. My only complaint about my varnish model is how sensitive to cleaners and how fragile the finish is. The shop I bought mine from used a guitar polish on it and it didn't go over too well with the varnish. I dripped some fretboard conditioner on the finish and that didn't go over too well. I now use plain water to wipe mine down.

Simply on the World of economics alone, I agree with a previous comment; "$2k+ for a Chinese guitar, no thanks." Politely and honestly said. So many reasons, but so little time. My emotions cannot justify buying it for that price and that it is made in China. I know perhaps I sound very ignorant in my thinking here, OR better said: "If it feels wrong, then it probably is wrong." (For me at least). I do own and bought them all new within the last 5 years or so; Gibson Standards LP, SG61, Junior, and even a Harmony Jupiter, and a Harmony Silhouette both USA made, also, a Strat and Tele Pro II. I was able to justify these purchases to myself when purchasing them. My Gibson LP Junior ebony is the best all around, followed by the 2 Harmony guitars, yup! No insult to any one's opinion here, just my personal opinion as part of the conversation, and we all have one to share, politely. :)

Stew i like the video but please use the straw that comes with the contact cleaner lol and spray inside the pots opening and stew mac makes a straw with a plastic nut that threads on the pots.

The ‘midrange’ knob controls the level of the selected frequency, with noon being flat. Position 1 only cut the bass (low mid technically) because you had the midrange level down so far. Past noon it makes it super thick… It’s like a poor man parametric eq, if that helps you any.

Hey mate your guitar recording seems to be out pf phase. Something is cancelling out with itself through the whole 1st minute then seems to be fixed.
