The exhaust smells great 👍
Where ever you got that- That-is a REAL SCORE😊😊
Que bonito coche, automático y 4 puertas.
NO ELECTRONIC CRAP OF ANY KIND ON THIS CAR !! AND IT RUNS JUST FINE !!
Distributor
Even in stock form, I'll bet some other cars were surprised off the line.
Beautiful
It started off showing the motor first. Only 9.000 miles on it? Sounds too good to be true. Then I found out why. 4 door. That's why 🤣
I sure like the vintage Maverick better than the current model.
❤❤ a todo mundo.
My dad ordered a very early Maverick in August of ‘69 and took delivery in October. It had the 170-6 and 3-on the tree. Only option box checked was the $52 AM radio. It had its problems, but lasted him 10 years, in Indiana with no garage. Black w/plaid b/w interior. 13” wheels with base center caps. I learned to drive in that car. The early cars still had the key switch in the dash. Later ‘70 Mavs got the locking steering column. It always shocks me to see nearly ‘new’ 50 yr old cars with such low mileage. Nice example here.
At least this one had the V8. Most had the 200 or 250 sixes and were slow, as in scary slow when trying to get on the expressway.
I had a 77 with the 250 inline six, it did OK, far better than my 68 Falcon with the 170 six.
Mine had 250-6 plenty of torque cruised 75 mph up grades and got 23 mpg.
@@jameskerrigan2997 I never checked the mileage. Kept it for less than 2 years, broke down all the time.
@@kevinlilly4283 that sucks mine was really reliable. Kids stole it from old man. Was pristine in barn, they floored it after sitting a long time and bent metering rod in carb. My dad straighten it out mostly but said he didn't want to mess with it to much because he said it shouldn't get that good of gas mileage 😂
@@jameskerrigan2997 I had to replace the ignition switch under warranty, the carburetor a month out of warranty. 2 months later developed a front end squeak, had left the factory without the front end lubed and was now worn out. I traded it in, on another Ford. Guess what I'm driving today?
Are you selling this?
This is EXACTLY the car I want! ☝️
Terrible mid seventies cars. I used to work on them. That Maverick with a 302 v8 didn't get better than 14mpg. Squeaky front suspension. Cheap,cheap,cheap......
It wasn't in cannonball run
302! Wow.. Sleeper with an aluminum 4 barrel intake and 659 cfm 4brrl carb. Pit that aircleaner back on.. nobody knows. Keep originates in the new part boxes. The car will STILL be considered original by a buyer, because it's easily reversible. The 74 epa restrictions brought the ho wayyyy down in 74. The switch will wake her up. Great time capsule!
@seankennedy18, thanks for the great tip!!
I'm still trying to figure out what he is doing.
Good cheap horsepower

I use to have your twin. We pulled our duels off by undoing the four bolts that held the weight and tire to the axle. Lifted real easy off on with a loader.

Thanks so much for the 730 gas video. My father bought this exact model new in 1958 the year I was born. I was so passionate about this tractor as a child. When I was 14 years on, I put in full days on this tractor every chance I got. Loved the sound, the look and feel. Went through 2 mufflers in 4 years before we got the 3020 in 1976. God Bless!
Nice tractor… I have a 1981 950 that the tachometer broke. I noticed you have different looking one on your tractor.. where would I get one like your useing now……

Hi from McBride BC. Very nostalgic to see this old girl run. When growing up in central Alberta in the 1940 s our dad had a 12/24 Hart Parr. I was always amazed that one could only get a half turn on the crank . Thanks very nice.
A very interesting tractor. Thanks for this video.
you are welcome thanks 😊
hello. What a little future tractor driver. What year of manufacture is this tractor?
I believe around 1962
