      I think the best form of leadership is the ability to understand and rely on other team members while emphasizing their strengths. I think people constantly think that a leader has the crystal ball but actully a true leader is a navigator! For the interview I think thats a unique aspect.

    The average gpa to be accepted is a 3.6 average but if you get a 4.0 science gpa people will be fine.

      Really for me it was about incorporating all of the things I loved about critical care and taking it to a deeper level in the operating room. I wanted to become an expert in airway management, and hemodynamic manipulation while focusing on only one patient at a time.
