Temagami - Waterfalls and Portages
We head into the interior of Temagami by way of Sandy Inlet and paddle and portages our way up and down the North and South channels of the Lady Evelyn river system. A challenging loop with goat like trails, littered by big boulders and low water, but in the end the beauty of Temagami is well worth seeing and throw in six waterfalls it's a paddlers paradise. Hope you enjoy, I sure did!!

Not the Canoe Trip I Planned / 6 days alone in South Algonquin in July

In this adventure I return to South Algonquin after planning a 10 day trip elsewhere. This just happens to be a fact of life when you're a cancer patient, being able to be flexible is a big part of the disease and lifestyle of me now. I break down where I am in treatment plans and what may or may not come. The trip itself was amazing and even in July the trout were biting, follow me through thi...

Hi and thanks for watching, the white canoe I use is a swift Osprey 2002 model, bought 4 years ago. It is a little tippy, but when loaded down not so bad, it does take some getting used to. It tracks very well and is fast!! The double blade is 102" from tip to tip. Thanks for the questions and enjoy the Temagami video, I think Down the Tim is my favourite...so far

Just remember perch are in the walleye family! Actually, walleye are in the perch family. I'm watching on my tv and commenting on my tablet. May you be blessed with many fish.

Ya, they were just tiny perch. I love the jumbo's but they are an evasive to species in Algonquin and to find one that far up the river was unexpected. Thanks and I got the fish I was after.

I enjoy your videos and can see your love of the outdoors. I am going to pray for you - Dear Father, I raise him up to you Lord in Jesus' name and ask that you give him a complete healing - make him a witness to your healing power and let everyone know they can come to you for their health. Jesus you died on the cross for our salvation but also for our healing. We are counting on you.

Thanks for watching, small beautiful lake and with only 2 sites you'll be the only one there. Take the island site!

It certainly is especially Spring and Fall when the crowds leave.
