Founded in 1902 in Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture, we have been focusing our energy on manufacturing since our inception. Sanjo City is well-known both at home and abroad as one of Japan's leading manufacturing cities. The manufacturing here began in the Edo period with farmers making Japanese nails as their side business. The metal processing industry developed thanks to the iron collected locally, which was used for manufacturing.
During our foundation in around 1910 between the Meiji and Taisho periods, we manually manufactured metal parts for wooden Japanese chests. In around 1930, locks and ski fittings were manufactured. A mechanical press processing machine was introduced around 1955. We have been continuing to manufacture products such as ping pong tables, daily necessities such as pots and industrial machine parts, flexibly responding to the needs of the times.
Currently, our main products are agricultural machinery parts and architectural hardware. We have also launched our own brand, GRAVIMORPH, for end users and are engaged in its development and sales.

新潟県三条市にて創業1902年、創業以来ものづくり一筋の会社です。三条市は、日本有数のものづくりの密集地域「燕三条」にあります。江戸時代、農民の副業として和釘作りが推奨されたことがものづくりの街の始まりでした。地場で材料となる鉄が採取されたこともあり、様々な金属加工業が発展していきました。
創業時（明治から大正）、私たちは木製タンスの金具部品を手作業で作っていました。昭和初期頃は錠前、スキー金具などを製造していました。昭和30年頃には機械式プレス加工機を導入し、卓球台などのアミューズメント用品、鍋などの日用品、産業機械部品など、時代のニーズに柔軟に対応したものづくりをし続けてきました。
現在は、農業機械部品や建築金物の製造が主力製品です。また、ものづくりの魅力を伝えるためにものづくり体験を定期的に開催しています。
2019年、エンドユーザ向けの自社アートブランド「GRAVIMORPH（グラビモルフ）」を立ち上げ、開発・製造・販売もおこなっています。
