Hi, many thanks for your honest review. I would really appreciate it if anybody could let me know if you should feel any sensation on your skin when using the Ion Head (metal)? I tried using the Ion head and it doesn't seem to do anything, it feels almost the same as if I used the back of a metal spoon. I would appreciate your reply to know if my device is faulty or not. Hi there, I've just bought a LIP + EYE FOCUS from eBay, I've found it has a button (where the round hole appears on the picture of the device), which, when pressing it, causes the device to gently vibrate. But nothing at all happens if I don't press that button, even when touching the conductive back panel. I'm baffled, because the user manual does not mention there being any button to press, it only refers to the sweeping movements and the length of time to hold it in one area. And in both the reviews that I watched on TH-cam, it was stated that just by touching the conductive back panel with your hand, you'll feel the vibrations when it touches your skin. Neither of those reviews mention anything about pressing a button to get it to work So, I've gotten the impression that without pressing the button you should be able to feel a gentle current, or vibration or SOMETHING. But I don't feel anything, nothing whatsoever. Only if I press the button then there's a gentle vibration. But I don't know if that vibration is the actual micro current together with galvanic action, or if it's one or the other, or if that's just a supplementary vibration that one can use if desired, that perhaps doesn't use either of the two technologies. I'm writing this here to ask you, being someone who's actually used this and has stated that it's worked - can you perhaps tell me if the LIP + EYE FOCUS that I have is supposed to generate a current or vibration even WITHOUT pressing the button? Or, does it only work as intended AFTER pressing the button? Or, is it actually not supposed to even have a button at all, which would mean that the one I've bought would be a fake?? I really hope you can answer this question for me please, as I don't know if I've got a dud or a fake or not! Any advice from you would be much appreciated, Thanks! Xx

I bought this gadget from QVC a few years ago used it a few times in life mode but saw no difference. I'm pleased I found your channel as I'm going to dig this out and give it another go 😉. I’ve been using it and the face wash and it’s brilliant, I do have a day off of the salicylic acid as I do find it can be a bit drying all over but it’s a fantastic product

You never said only use with water based cream.And it is only meant for eyes so I’m not surprised it didn’t work read or watch video before demonstrated it wrong.There other products they have for the area you were targeting joi

I thought this is only meant to be used around eyes and mouth area. It’s not advertised for the neck ?

I too purchased this from QVC last week. I'm a huge fan of SBC Collagan Gel so I've used this together with the unit. I states within the tiny instruction leaflet that it should be used twice per day. Being a retired salon owner I was trained on the 'big gun' facial lifting equipment but I have to say this tiny piece of kit is quite amazing if used correctly. I've actually just used it for my jowls, neck, top lip and around the eyes/brows. I can still feel the glow beneath my skin and a tautness which I think is due to the combination of the CAB and my collagen gel. Purchasing from QVC allows 30 days to test drive it and if you're really not suited with it or you are unable to commit daily to it you can always return it. I'm 67 years old and very lucky to have good skin, inherited from my Mum and Nana but I have also taken very good care of it since I was 14 years old. I would have liked to see what you should use with it, what's best, see you use each light. A bit more in depth, cream cleansers and what to use for the red light.

Hi There, I purchased this tool last week on QVC. But not sure that I will be keeping it, as the battery life is terrible, (goes dead every two days!!!) such a shame, as when they modelled the device on their todays Special value, it looked like a great little device. But maybe they used a good serum to lift the models brows? hmmmm…..would love to see more videos from you. x

I really like this product, but only use it on clean skin with my water based serums, never with make up. Don’t think it is strong enough to compare with the Ziip or Nuface. But it is great for travel. Good luck with your channel.
