Some nice Boards Of Canada vibes here
This patch kind of reminds me of Outkasts's Elevators.
Appreciate the reference!
Thanks for the analysis! I have a quick question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
excited to check this out
Awesome groovy melody ❤ 🔥 subscribed ✌️
Hi what device is that, stochastic sequenser?
It's an upcoming Playertron module which'll be called something like that (working name is "Stochastic CV Sequencer"). It's been designed to Rolf Kasten's specs to help with his upcoming book, "Making Generative Music With Voltage Modular".
cool! looking foreword to that one thx :)@@playertron
this looks super interesting... I rock your other clock divider multiplier all the time.
awesome sounds! :)
sounds great! that patch is oozing of style and flair :)
i see my homie CPII0 in there ha <3
big respect, also the gui is seriously impressive in the timeframe you built it
just bought this yesterday and love it...but hear me out. a version of this with 8 cues instead of the 4. (fun to use with an 8 fader many knob midi controller) and the Stochastic Trigger Distributor with 8 outputs for triggers...
that logic is rock solid - I'll prototype that out...
@@playertron big respect..if you ever need someone to test..but imma buy it onsight either way
@@0e0 ready for testing - contact me with your CA account email if you want to give it a go (contact info available on CA site for Playertron)
Sounds great! Coming soon?
Yup! ~Tues
@@playertron Sweet!
also this would make a very interesting sequencer
Good idea, I'm gonna make that when I get home...
The sequencer version is ready - you'll find it in the voltage modular store soon...Thanks for the great suggestion!
amazing demo
Cool stuff. Can’t wait to buy it. Been busy with life, but looking to set aside some VM time this weekend. I love to use the pitch tracker in Virta and have been looking for an equally effective module for VM and here we go!
What module is that in the middle? I can't find it in the store.
Oh it's called the Pulse Width Pitch Applicator & Divider. Taking steps to publish it soon...
Here we are: store.cherryaudio.com/modules/pulse-width-pitch-applicator-and-divider
This is sick. Playertron should make more crazy stuff like this!
awesome
awesome!! yer a wizard, player!
awesome!!
🔥🔥🔥
what's that little, interesting looking module to the left of the prismatic OSC? :)
Good eye. It's an efficient little LFO that gets a lot done with minimal footprint - master sync, bias, & atten with individual invert & sine/triangle modes...
@@playertron sounds lovely! :)
it's a short snippet, but it sounds awesome! it's so full of character
Very cool!
The mad(ly good) scientist has produced another curiosity worth exploring. Looks like fun.
Not yet offered for sale at Cherry Audio?
It'll be released Tues, Nov 1. Just sharing a little ahead of time :)
Lots of good looking modules in this patch ;)
This looks awesome!
This looks amazing! Can modulate the different segments that are shown on the display?
I just picked this up. As far as I can see there is no way to modulate more than one segment. This is disappointing because it seems logical that all segments could be modulated. i wouldnt mind a crowded UI for IO for each segment, that would be fine. This would be so much more powerful with that addition.
Sure can, though to make it behave more optimally, an "active" segment is defined by clicking, by spinning a dial, or via CV - you can send an LFO to modulate WHICH segment is active and simultaneously modulate the waveform segment. Since you can go all the way to audio rates, you can essentially modulate all segments as if simultaneously (while technically, on a per sample basis, you are modulating one at a time). The results of this kind of thing are a wonderful madness, yet it can still carry a tune. Hope that helps.
@@playertron Hmm. That's not a great implementation though. I'd really prefer direct interface to each segment. Now THAT would be amazing. And, it would dramatically simplify the approach you described.
@@plextoob Sure, thing - we're working on an update for that. Modulating everything without limits tends to drive it very far from the drawn waveform so we found it useful to constrain the modulation just enough to retain a core sound while still evolving in tone - I believe you'll find it quite elegant with some experimentation). However, we're going to open up more modulation, add some (uncompromising) efficiencies, and let you have at it...
Now you can! store.cherryaudio.com/modules/serial-function-oscillator-expander This expander module links up to the oscillator to open up a lot more individualized modulation options. Have fun :)
sounds awesome! :)
Which app is this??? And Os please
The main app is Voltage Modular (which is free with paid versions for more modules). The modules used here are from Playertron (store.cherryaudio.com/manufacturers/playertron), and they're called the "Trigger Player" (triggers samples) and the "Active Key MIDI Sequencer" (turns the active keys on a midi keyboard into a step sequencer). The latter hasn't been released yet, but it will be soon. All this works on windows and mac.
@@playertron thanks bro

timing and tempo laboratory! nice grooves! 🤯
damn! that's wonky! :D
it's awesome that your recent modules have become increasingly visual! and extra thanks for the disable button :)
wow! that UI is gorgeous! i'm in love with all the little graphics and colors :)
you make it seem so effortlessly. great vibes! :)
great video! looking forward to this module :)
these light panels look amazing! also nice beat!
simple, yet amazing patch! sounds great :)
awesome oscillator and great concept! some filtering can do wonders to the waveform. i've had very interesting results with allpass filters ;)
awesome demonstration of an awesome module! :)
this is A W E S O M E ! ! ! can't wait to play with this new mode. TET keeps getting even better and better! :)
sounds gorgeous! the allpass filter is an awesome addition! it makes this filter incredibly versatile :) just looking at this I can already think about dozens of crazy patches!
hey CP, looks great! looking forward to this :) what is the thru setting for? allpass filter?
Just a bypass, but I suppose that's exactly what an "allpass" filter should be :) It's there to make comparison easy and for the sake of automation.
@@playertron I think allpass filter do some stuff to the phase though. I think they delay the signal around the cutoff. one could do a lot with that many allpass filters and the randomization/spread functionality, that's why I asked. :)
@@ChR_is Ha, sorry, just being silly - it's actually a great question and I bet you're thinking about whether you can make a phaser out of this. Not yet, but I'm already working on an update so that "thru" can be used in an allpass mode. It's already sounding pretty cool to wire the filters serially & make phasers with various LFOs. Thanks for a great idea!
@@playertron as always, highly appreciated! thank you! :)
